Temporary cover from a Graphic Designer role in the Communications team of this prominent UK rm. My role here included: Bid management, ranging up to multimillion pound joint venture submissions; overhaul of the practice’s presentation templates; maintaining the project sheets and company pro le documents; production of publicity and literature for public exhibition and consultation events; award submissions; editing and redrawing of architectural drawings; design of publicity for both internal and external events as well as their associated campaigns. The practice also supported several charitable organisations and I was heavily involved in some pro-bono projects, which included the branding and marketing, for some of these charities.

Angel Canal Festival

During my time at Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects I had the opportunity to work on a pro-bono project with the Angel Canal Festival, to completely overhaul their branding and all of their publicity. The main goal of the redesign was to boost attendance and attract more young people to the festival. The designs were heavily influenced by canal art, incorporating traditional canal boat colours and decorative shapes, as well as influence from modern day festivals.
