As a graduate of Business Communication University, I started my career in contracts administration then continued in marketing and corporate communication. In the 5 years that I have worked at INCAS, a Romanian organisation for aerospace research, I have had an exposure to many different activities, from marketing and R&D projects planning to corporate communication and visual identity. In the first two years one of the biggest challenges was building credibility within the organisation, showing to the management that communication and visual identity can drive business success. This has materialized in setting up a new in-house Department of Communication and Visual Identity. Currently I am acting as an active component of the management inner circle in order to have a permanent understanding of the organisation strategy, focusing on shaping an authentic and coherent communication mix in the relationship with the key stakeholders. One of my latest achievements, which is also my dearest project, is the release of INSIDER - a quarterly magazine dedicated to reporting about INCAS newest research projects, partnerships and events.
