Rachel Yates

I'm 46, mum to a 15yr old daughter. I worked for my stepfather at Nurdin & Peacock/Bookers cash and carry for 12yrs. Working on the shop floor, bought ledger, buying, and working in the cash point, where I enjoyed many conversations and banter with customers. I then took voluntary redundancy and started to to work in a partnership with my (ex) husband. I did the accounts, and CAD work. I worked there for 16yrs. I had to resign in 2014 as our marriage broke down. I've taken some time off, but now feel ready to spread my wings again, and meet new people, and be part of a team.
