• Ensuring all restaurant activities resonate with health and safety and food safety guidelines; taking corrective and proactive actions where required.
• Consistently evaluating stock levels to ensure they meet real time and anticipated demands. Overseeing the fulfillment of stock and ensuring correct rotation to support waste / shrinkage targets.
• Utilising various methods of management and leadership, providing inspiration to sub-ordinates through initiatives, reward schemes, engaging dialogue and leading by example.
• Responsible for overseeing quality concerns raised internally or by any customer and liaising with required personnel to mitigate further re-occurrence.
• Completing regular reconciliations of large volumes of cash. Investigating and resolving any discrepancies per policies in place.
