09-2014 - NowDesign / Civil engineering / Industrial engineering• Active panel engineer of live console for saturated gas train & steam blowing, quench water circulation, high velocity air blowing. • As a panel engineer I am maintaining the process of saturated gas train along with Steam header & Boiler feed water generation and de-mineralized water. Saturated gas train contains De-methanizer, De-propanizer, De-butanizer, water wash tower, caustic tower, Gas & condensate dryer, NH3/RSH/COS removal bed, chilling train section(De-methanizer, expander compressor, Ethane recovery, Methane rich gas, H2 rich gas production). Maintain HHP, HP, MP, LP Steam header & PRDS system by coordinating with Captive power plant generation panel officer. Maintain the Dearator’s BFW production. Note down regular critical parameters, observing process trends for better understanding. • I have actively participated in simple as well as complex control logic checking of cold section, hot section and crack gas section like Expander-compressor trip, Acetylene hydrogenation reactor trip, CGC dryer related logics, H2 compressor related control logic, steam header related trip logic, C2R & C3R related trip logic, and furnace related trip logic. Take regular follow-up of punch point generated during logic checking and resolved the same within stipulated time period. • Line up HHP, HP, MP, LP steam header, DM water header, HP & LP N2 header, BFW header and circulation and maintain the parameters on DCS. • Participate in Column internals tray fittings, Vessel internals fittings, Heat Exchangers preservation, Mechanical clearance and Hydro test activity. • I have totally dedicated to working in Chilling train section (Sat gas chilling train, Unset gas chilling train and Crack gas chilling train.) • I was nominated for RIL – Nagothane plant shutdown activity for 2 months in GC (Gas Cracker) plant in Maharashtra from Jan’15 to Mar’15. • I was nominated as the inspection team member for MIC (Microbial Induced corrosion) from the operation side to expedite the commissioning activity. I have got appreciation certificate for this Job. • I had participated in Pre-MAT (Pre-Machine Acceptance Test) activity and also take part in OTS (Operator Training Simulation) training. • I have done Alarm Rationalization for my particular section. • Preparing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for different area as allotted to me for different equipment. • I have prepared DCS graphics on paper and same is review and validated after prepared by vendor. • Visit the site as per schedule for clean built, to know the progress of civil, instrument, maintenance and electric departments work and also safety inspection. • I am operating 3D model SPR- Smart Plant Review, to find out the exact approach of the equipment in field, to know the exact location of valve or any equipment. Apart from these also prepared Whole ROGC plants Low Pressure Nitrogen and De-mineralized water network flushing procedure including sub-header and its branches. • I have completed OMPRO activity for ROGC plant for allotted area. • Actively participated in solo run, air run and Couple run of Crack Gas Compressor (42.44MW), Propylene Refrigerant (38.74MW), Ethylene Refrigerant (37.35MW) and Unsate Gas compressor (19.09MW). • Also look after the chemical cleaning activity in Furnaces. • Actively participated in project which is in erection stage hence involved in Precommissioning & commissioning job like hydrotest loop preparation Flushing loop, card board blasting loop, rotomoling work, boroscoping activity. • Preparing Loops for air dry out, leak test, dew point preparation and sampling activity.
