. Ensure all new lines are merchandised according to company photographs.
. Create a strong image in the stores, driving sales and motivating the teams.
. Increasing sales by carrying out weekly floor moves and implementing commercial actions.
. To train and develop merchandisers, working closely with store teams and Managers.
. Responsible for all sale planning during the Summer and Christmas sale periods.
. Manage in-store props and visuals from sign off to implementation.
. Active participation in new store openings, refits and workshops across the region.
