09-2011 - 09-2016 Logistics I became a key member of Executive Leadership Team, directly reporting to the CEO as Transition & HR Lead to manage business transformation process across UK, Europe, Africa, USA and Dubai. during a Management Buyout (MBO). Headed-up HR function and as Head of HR I ensured minimal disruption to existing operations during MBO planning phase, whilst managing the HR team consisting of 4 Direct Reports and 12 Team Members to achieve key metrics and KPIs.
• Worked with Legal to Develop legal structure and business entities in 15 countries across Africa, Europe and the US; collaborated extensively with internal and external Legal Counsel.
• Aligned and transferred employment terms for 700 staff moving to new business through extensive understanding of international legislation and the requirements for cross-border compliance.
• Defined current and future business structures to support growth.
• Planned budgets with external investors for HR and Company manpower; presented to Board.
• Devised and implemented Business Continuity, Customer and Client communication plans.
• Led re-branding initiatives and new company launch; worked with external graphic designers and branding consultants; drafted employee communications, developed internet sites and intranet.
