Webshop Project Manager
11-2017 - 05-2018 Accounting / Management control Lead daily Webshop stand up meeting and monitor release roadmap
Prepare, organize, publish meeting minutes and follow up action plans for weekly PMO meeting and team meeting
Facilitate meetings through introducing new practices and improving existing management processes
Support and coordinate on a daily base the progresses from different teams involved in the Agile and Scrum process
Support UAT process through escalating Jira tickets, monitoring Kanban dashboards, identify and share risks
Drive onboarding documentation project for business, IT and offshore team through interviews and workshops
Define project scope, identify targeted milestones and ensure completion of deliverables
Assess project issues, perform root cause analysis and develop resolutions to meet productivity and expectations
Coordinate schedules, monitor project progress and deliver status reports to the management
Contribute to change management project and market place project
Develop the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
Main goal is to coordinate and help within Paris team but still exposed to teams in other countries: Core team (Product owners and Business Analysts) based in Dallas, development team in India, business and IT teams in countries (Europe, NA & APAC)
