06-2013 - 12-2014 Infra / Networks / TelecomI joined the CTI Graduate Program at June 2013, the program gave us the opportunity to participate at the work of four different departments in technology infrastructure.
One of my rotation where at the Risk&Controls department where I was part of the Business Continuity Team. I learnt the basics of COB Planning and Testing, I have a decent knowledge of Business Continuity involving Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery and Crisis Management Plans also has the basics of TechRoom and DataCenter Testings what I would like strengthen in the future. My main project here was the development of COB Key Risk Indicators to be used EMEA wide, this project gave me the opportunity to learn about Risk Management and Audits as well, giving me a strong knowledge of risk and controls management.
At the Project Management Office I learnt the methodology and skills of PM, used waterfall model in practice and got familirized with LEAN and Agile.
At Business Office Department my main project is Telecom Expense migration into a centralized system to be used EMEA wide by the countries.
