Coordinate with Brand Managers on digital marketing strategies for our international brands
Develop and maintain a cross-channel marketing calendar
Create content (design & copy) for Social Media, websites & apps
Manage the digital marketing budget and coordinate with Brand Managers & marketing agencies on allocation of budget
Coordinate with location-based agency on SEM campaigns that help drive foot traffic into stores
Manage franchisees’ digital activity and provide guidance on local Social Media policies, strategy, brand voice, brand standards, content generation, interaction & measurement
Coordinate with Brand Managers & creative agencies in developing new websites & apps
Mock-up web designs, and compile/create content where needed
Coordinate with Brand Managers on the approval of designs, content, cost etc.
Coordinate with agencies on any design changes or fixes required to websites
Compile & present monthly reports for relevant stakeholders
Manage & oversee duties taken on by the Int. Social Media/Community Manager – including the handling &/or directing of compliments, queries & complaints on the various channels to the various stakeholders.
Manage & oversee various additional tasks delegated to Social Media/Community Manager – including the management of store page listings on various platforms, scheduling of content, updating brand &/or store website data, sharing of user-generated content, compiling & maintaining spreadsheets of brand, country & store specific data, competitor data etc.
