01-2017 - 06-2017 Constructed tool with a team of 3, piloting group cost-of-sales indicators for business entities (€20 billion revenue). The tool is now used by Michelin finance teams worldwide supporting them in strategic decisions.
- Set the parameters by countries and product types, in cooperation with logistics and tax departments
- Led gap analysis between group accounting database, and tool prototype data
- Implemented data retrieval tools to share the indicator progression with my team
- Developed a training manual for MicroStrategy key users, to help them tailor detailed analysis to their needs
Reviewed and optimised corporate market shares reporting with the technical specialist:
- Updated and revised information structure for 2017 reporting
- Proposed automations to simplify reporting to the group strategy function by centralising data to internal database.
