Staff training and motivation in line with best practice and quality improvement.
Liaising between engineers and suppliers and performing an advocacy role.
Developing systems, approaches and methods focusing on quality improvement and cost reduction from design to tender and completion, including EC regulations.
Negotiating improved supplier relationships.
Co-ordinating new product introduction in ISO 9000, 6 Sigma etc environment.
