Office Administrator
02-2010 - 06-2018 Personal services • Responsible for all front of house and office administration for Yeovil, Somerset, business site.
• Prepare, organise, administer and facilitate team meetings and monthly reports
• Create and distribute a variety of presentations, team communications, reports and minutes
• On-site facilitator and focal for all internal and external office conference room booking requests.
• Responsible for all new starters and leavers, including induction programme, IT set-up and training
• Management of the Health & Safety within the office, including the role of DSE Assessor, Risk Assessor, Fire Warden/Marshall and completion of the Health, Safety & Environment Quarterly Management Self Audit Programme
• The undertaking of all general office administrative duties, including travel, expenses, diary management, hosting visitors, stationery, external catering, file management and document storage
• Analysis and review of overhead spend against budget and report to Line Manager for the local office
• Working with both the Finance and Supply Chain Functions to assist with invoicing for all in-direct purchasing of consumables, supplies, and services for the office.
• Management of all car bookings (pool, company and hire) and maintenance of on-site pool cars
• Use and implementation of Boeing Continuous Improvements Lean 5 step problem-solving tool to identify areas for improvement
