As a Account Executive and Line Producer my roll is to help substantiate the director's creative ideas by taking care of logistics and related issues. From pre-production through principal photography, the line producer oversees the production budget and physical needs of the shoot and proyects.
• Conceptualization
• Looking after the required aspects of film-making process during development and stay through the production process
• Preparing budget for the producers to figure out the fund required for the budget
• Coordinating with production manager, department heads and director in areas of preparing the final budget, production dates and shooting schedules
• Monitoring and overseeing hiring crew, scouting locations, finding equipment and suppliers
• Controlling expenses and revising the schedule to keep the proyect on time and within budget
• Overseeing all the financial details of proyect’s or film's shooting script
• Preparing preliminary shooting schedule as well as in preparing the budget by breaking down the script and its elements
• Approved time cards, negotiated crews' salaries and equipment procurement (cameras, film stock, lights, etc)
• Oversaw the working of camera personnel, actors, and other technical team
• Performed responsibilities of preparing schedule of all the activities and distribute the time line to the crew
• Film and television deleveloping, producing and production
• Design campaings for our clients: BBC World Wide, Cbbes (BBC Channel), Warner Channel, Telemundo Channel, Univison (New York-Miami), Zee Mundo TV, Sony, Discovery Channel, Aviation Times, Neutrogena, Tylenol, J3 Advertising Agency New York, Aveno, Canes Film Festival, Novartis and Nike
