Led and supervised a team of 30 cruise consultants, located in Barcelona & Madrid, providing reservation services to the French and Spanish markets. Represented the company, undertaking presentations, whilst accompanying Travel Agents to new cruise ship launches. In addition, I travelled to Mexico and Romania, to assist and train local staff, during the setting up of new reservation centres. Deputised for the Operations Manager during her absence.
