Contract Manager / Procurement
07-2012 - NowEnergy / Materials / Mechanics MAIN TASKS:
Providing and Supporting Procurement Activities: drafting, publication, evaluation, negotiation and execution of contracts (Call for Tenders, Price Inquiry, Private Treaty and RFQ);
Developing and negotiating customer proposed terms and conditions;
Developing and implementing procedures and working templates for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies;
Managing supplier relationships. Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters.
Development and update of suppliers lists;
Ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Monitoring transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.).
Developing of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Purchasing Agreements;
Ensuring contract close-out, extension or renewal;
Monitoring of the applicable KPIs and overseeing of Service Level Agreements Compliance.
Maintaining contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Supporting other managers with the processing of service’s matters;
Working with Finance and Legal Department;
Handling on-going issue and change management;
Drafting and negotiating Intellectual Property Rights agreements resulting from a contract (Background and Foreground Rights)
Power Point presentations of new projects to be launched.
Daily use of ORACLE FIS (Financial Information System) to manage ERP and MRP.
