10-2016 - 05-2017 Sales My work was based on customer service in a clothes store. I had to approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy. Furthermore, I had to manage my time for accomplishing my daily tasks: making sure that the store is cleaned before welcome the customers; start of the day/ end of the day; accomplishing my personal target and maximizing the revenue of the shop. Besides of these responsibilities, I had to provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise, familiarizing myself with the clothes fabrics.
