Created job advertisements and published them on Social Media (i.e. Facebook groups) along with employment websites. Contacted Universities and Colleges to create partnerships in the Netherlands and Belgium. Analyzed CV‘s, selected the best candidates, and arranged interviews. Interviewed candidates, created interview assessments and submitted weekly reports. Sales - Completed cold calls to potential customers to sell Company products. Explained product uses & benefits, pricing, the company's mission, and their vision for customers. Negotiated with clients. Created customers profiles.
