I started working at 16 years old part time at Asda as a shopfloor assistance, it was early on I realised I had a passion for customer service and I have gained many skills over the years. I am currently looking for a new role in the customer service industry so that I can thrive in a career that I love.

11-2016 - Now Sales In my current role I manage customers accounts, deal with complaints and everyday queries, I am also involved in demand analysis and display screen equipment evaluations. I have dilevered exceeded calls and received good feedback from my customers.

Shopfloor assistant

06-2010 - 11-2016 Sales My main roles whilst working for asda involved customer service, I was given the role of key colleague on the customer service desk where I managed returns, refunds and complaints. This role also involved checking quality complaints and ensuring tills were all balanced. After a few years in this role I was promoted to a section leader, this role was to manage a small team on the bakery department, I ensured the department was up and running to a high standard and delivered on my sales targets. I left this role to pursue another career path within the customer service industry.
