Shopfloor assistant

06-2010 - 11-2016 SalesMy main roles whilst working for asda involved customer service, I was given the role of key colleague on the customer service desk where I managed returns, refunds and complaints. This role also involved checking quality complaints and ensuring tills were all balanced. After a few years in this role I was promoted to a section leader, this role was to manage a small team on the bakery department, I ensured the department was up and running to a high standard and delivered on my sales targets. I left this role to pursue another career path within the customer service industry.
