Whilst studying Law, I was appointed Module Representative whereby I was responsible for discussing my colleagues’ weaknesses, and inform my professor about any issues or feedback on the module. This experience as was my first contact with management and became a stepping stone in my decision to follow Human Resource Management at a postgraduate level. I would like to engage with recruitment processes.
