● Analyse faulty components to confirm or deny claim
● Log supplier rejects & return faulty product
● Update EASA aircraft paperwork for dispatch
● Complete 8D reports and corrective actions, both internally and for customers in time
with deadlines given
● Run daily scrap reports & log any high value recurrences. Distribute internal 8D’s as a
result
● Attend customer conference meetings
● Create rework orders for internal rejects. Distribute to relevant departments
● General office work
