04-2015 - 08-2015 Hotels - Restaurants My responsibilities as a Guest relations officer was to take care of hotel VIPs by escorting them to their rooms immediately they enter the hotel ,which prompted me to know their flights,name and room number before hand,so that they do not wait by reception,it also included making sure that their favorite rooms are reserved if they have any and that they are set ,with checkin papers in their room ready to sign. I was also responsible for addressing customer complaints and do follow ups ,interacting with customers and doing courtesy calls just to check on how guests are and if anything can be done to improve their stay.i was also responsible for arranging shuttle services for guests and even and booking activities for them,especially for tourists and occasionally helped with check in at reception when need be.

The Dare to Dream Program deals with strandard seven pupils ,who are basically primary school leaver and we go through motivational and inspirational things and there is private tuition on Monday ,Wednesday and Friday from 12:30 - 15:30, were we tutor students on different areas and subjects.

I want to do my masters in the same field and study a language (mandarin) , “China taking over the world “. I wish to one day own a renowned travel agency (which I've already started working on ).A bed and breakfast and also interested in vacation homes.Travelled a fare bit but not compared to how many more places I’d like to visit someday and get the change to meet new people from different backgrounds,experience new cultures and speak new languages ..
