10-2015 - 10-2016 Design / Civil engineering / Industrial engineering • Worked closely with International Codes and Standards (like API 5L 45th Edition, API 1104: 2013, SHELL DEP, ASME, ISO, IS etc.) along with project-specific client standards(like TOTAL, ADCO, KOC, PDO, Kinder Morgan, NIOC, Petronas, ONGC etc.) which were used to provide timely response to client enquiries. In the later stages of the project, in accordance with the approved work order, I was responsible for developing and implementing Project Specific - Inspection Test Plans or Quality Plans, Manufacturing Procedure Specifications, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Product Project Sheets for the production run.
• Being an ASNT SNT TC 1A Level 2 in Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Eddy Current Testing and Visual Testing and also a trained Computed Radiographer in accordance with ISO 10893 – 7: 2011 & ISO 17636 – 2: 2013, I dealt with all the NDT related enquiries from clients as well as the preparation, approval, control and documentation of Non Destructive Testing Procedures for Automatic Ultrasonic Testing of Steel Plates, Real-Time Radiography, Automatic Ultrasonic Testing of Pipe Welds, Manual Ultrasonic Testing of Plate and Pipe Body and that of Pipe Weld, Film Radiography and Computed Radiography and Magnetic Particle Inspection in accordance with API/ ISO/ASME/ DEP Shell Standards and Project Specific requirements.
• Supervision of the standard and complex day to day operations, testing and inspections to ensure that the work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Plan and conduct internal audits of production, welding, non-destructive testing, and anti-corrosion units by leveraging on a wide range of audit techniques (ISO 9001 & API Q1) to identify risks, potential issues and resolve all non-conformities in order to support Company’s timely and accurate resolution.
• Control, distribution and archiving of all the project documentation in an efficient and systematic manner.
• Handled Project Presentations, Audit Reports, Plant Qualification, Vendor Pre-Inspection, Client and Third Party Inspection Agency Meetings and supported External Audits of the company.
