08-2016 - 02-2017 - Communication with clients on their needs for organisational development (discussions about general organisation processes and effectiveness; proposing solutions on expressed concerns; presentations of new and relevant services; feedback sessions after occurred trainings and recommendations for further steps).
- Proactive attraction of the new clients.
- Management and coordination of the project assuring project's success and client's satisfaction.
- Cooperation with other teams (keep updated working on the same project, problem solving)
- Cooperation with the "TMD partners" consultants and other partners combining the content of the training, event, or other organisational effectiveness solution based on the client's need.
- Documents preparation (proposals and contracts for the clients).
