10-2015 - 06-2017 Accounting / Management control Build new and current relationships with standards publishers - expanded existing licencing rights with 6 global standard bodies. Negotiated 10 new contracts with licencing bodies, to sell/supply their standards.
Promote standards - provided training to internal teams with regards to the licences held and waht SAI Global could and could not sell. Developed marketing global marketing strategies - identified standards to promote, demograph to target, identified opportunities for cross promotion with both the same and different publishers as well as other services provided by SAI Global, adapted marketing campaigns to take advantage of landscape i.e. promotion of risk management - associated standards and assurance services at the time of the NHS security breach.
Improve sales - working with the sales team assisting in preparing tenders and obtaining the best deals from our licencing partners.
Analysing sales figures and identifying areas of improvement. Setting KPIs.
