01-2017 - 07-2017 IT developmentAmadeus is the first technology provider company inside the airline travel industry. Inside the organisation as a Reporting and Taxes Analyst I handled the accounting of 4 different companies. The most crucial parts of my responsibilities were months closing. This included the “clearing” of more than 50 bank accounts, accruals and payments of outstanding loans (1,500MEUR) as well as internal processes of “Conversion” and “Revaluation”. All these tasks required coordination with at least 4 different teams (Interco, Group Accounting, Treasury and AP). Inside the Accounting Department I had the following duties: - Preparation of the Annual Accounts - Balance and P&L analysis - Daily accounting - Monthly closing - AP duties - Reporting to Spanish Institutions

Incentives Controller

06-2015 - 12-2016 Energy / Materials / MechanicsFCA Group is on the top ten automobile manufacture groups in the world. As an Incentives Controller, my main role was to monitor the correct payments of the commercial campaigns to the dealer’s network which amounted to 16MEUR every month. I had to calculate the sales rebate as well as conditional campaigns considering different variables such as (model, sales channel, options, etc.). In addition, twice a month, I reported to the management team, the sales of the 5 Brands to verify if they were indeed aligned to our budget and forecast. Finally, I designed and developed a spreadsheet template to calculate automatically the maximum discount that any model could have depending on different variables, this way, we slashed response time between our commercial networks while ensuring a top-level quality work. Inside the Finance Department I had the following main duties: - Management of the commercial policy of the FCA Group - Review the audits of the dealers and the commercial campaigns - Approval and control of the commercial discounts, analysis and study of the different selling channels as well as the tendency of the sales - Reporting to the management team - Customer service
