• Assisting with accounts management and the organization of events with delegations
• General administrative support: file, organize, mail outgoing orders, maintain inventory, order, and stock general office supplies
• Providing customer support for local and international visitors
• Prepare monthly reports • Preparation of payroll sheet and salary slips Liaison with the Bank to make sure salaries and payments are transferred in a timely manner.
