Position: Process Technician
Machine Handled: Manufacturing Technology Inc., (MTI) Advance Dicing Machine System 160 (ADS160), Advance Dicing System 800 (ADS800), Bar Compensation Lapping (BCL), Deburring Machine (DBM), ABS Inspection, QC5k
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible in monthly preventive maintenance (PM) of machine
• Perform trouble shooting machine breakdown
• Modifies program prior to improve lead time and defect Improvement.
• Monitoring of Statistical Process Control (SPC) to meet the target sigma of machine
• Data query using JMP and QMF
• Perform machine set-up and Process qualification
• Assisting Engineers for evaluation lots and material used, Support in evaluation activities to improve yield defect
• Perform failure analysis and scheduled action plan relevant to design corrective and preventive measure.
• Performs changing wheel/blade
• Handles new projects on qualification and pre- mass production stage.
• Troubleshoot machines and qualifying quality slider
