Background Check Specialist
09-2017 - Now I work on a team that receives background check orders from clients looking to screen prospective employees. We receive documents in a variety of formats and make sure all information is entered into our system, check social security records and criminal histories, contact clients and applicants if anything is unclear or missing, and forward relevant information to other departments within the company (e.g. drug screening). We are responsible for completing orders accurately and rapidly and logging them in our records.
