05-1998 - 09-2008 Chemistry / Biology / Agronomy My responsibilities included: excellent customer service, food preparation and cooking, maintaining the vending machines, offering bar facilities and the general recruitment, training and supervision of the catering staff. Maintained high standards of food hygiene, liaising with cooks and all the kitchen staff on a daily basis to plan menus and order supplies. I also worked split shifts and unsociable hours in order to ensure a quality service at all times and responsible for locking and unlocking of the premises.
