05-2017 - 09-2017 HR / Training As responsible of the whole part of recruitment process related to candidates, my missions consists of analyzing companies hiring requests, posting the job description on the adequate supports, sourcing potential candidates, qualifications, interviewing, reporting and transferring the top candidates. I also participated in the creation, development of strategic projects of Maestria recrutement as the creation and launching of the first job board in Mayotte.
I also realised the audit of the solution 2.0 used in order to verify and improve its efficiency according to the candidate's policy of Maestria recrutement (that i wrote).
