Design Development
01-2013 - 12-2017 Social and cultural activities Lead a cross-functional team towards the timely, on budget, on brand delivery of Victoria’s Secret Pink apparel line. Communication daily with local and international vendors. Partnering with Production and Planning teams to manage costing, timing ,and negotiations. Trouble shooting development issues/ callouts and use my design expertise to direct weekly reviews of all artworks and samples with the design team. Some recent accomplishments are:
‣ As manager of the Design Development Calendar, established clear project communication and documentation procedures, which enabled internal and external partners to more easily meet production deadlines.
‣ Developed a change request and approval tracking chart in Excel, which successfully streamlined communication and accountability with external vendors by keeping clear dated records of pending work, approved work, and those with comments needing resubmission.
‣ Improved cross-functional team communication by establishing meeting participation guidelines and developing a repository of related documentation.
