I am a recent textile graduate, and Due to working in the hospitality industry for so long, I have picked up many skills that have allowed me to become an enthusiastic and quick learner. My approach to customer service is to be friendly, helpful and always putting the customers needs first swell as eager to put a smile on any customers face. I have learnt that I am able to lead a team, as well as following other team leaders instructions and I am just as confident working individually.
