Managing the needs of the guests at my tables. I checked periodically to see how the meal was going. If there were any issues, I had to resolve it. I always came around with water and asked if guests needed anything. I also refilled kitchen supplies, made fresh coffee, set the tables for guests... I am very energetic, productive and this job allowed me to acquire social skills such as effective communication, but also managing stress and always be ready to welcome and serve guests.
