01-2017 - NowLogistics Working in engineering store as a In charge.
Responsible for All returnable material on daily basis.
Responsible to get inspection of all lifting tools.
Responsible of Service & Repair of lifting tools.
All entries like GRN, Issue, direct issue, Purchase requisition
Receipt of material & verify physically with the invoice like addressed to, P.O., quantity, quality etc.
Sorting & binning in different location.
Get material inspected from concern Persons.
Raising the claim in case of any discrepancy observed during the time of receiving of the material.
Preparation of all types of register like Inward, Outward, returnable and non- returnable goods etc.
Arrangement of loading & unloading of receipted materials.
Transfer of materials to other site & plant through proper documentation.
Daily basis re-binning for overflow material & Perpetual Inventory.
Manage the day to day working of the Stores
Material identification tagging, labeling, coding, Binning etc. for better stores management.
Carry out monthly stock reconciliations & carry out stores audits.
Responsible for MIS preparation like stock report, rejection report, pending RGP etc.
Responsible for laying standards for minimum and maximum stock levels and reordering.
Create month wise Materials planning of consumable items.
Responsible for any other work in absence of colleagues.
Arrangement for housekeeping of stores room & work shop.
Arrange for the disposal of scrap or waste.
