Research and source US and CIS IT market for new employees;
• Being up to date with the latest sourcing techniques;
• Targeting and reaching passive candidates using creative methodologies;
• Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the recruitment team;
• Monitor and follow-up of candidates’ status, keep in touch with the applicants;
• Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team.
