06-2016 - Now working directly on Global Accounts (EMEA) managing relationship with external partners from different countries
main point of contact for the customer regarding monthly charges, assets etc.;
managing invoice process and any corrective activities regarding their accuracy;
resolving various customer inquiries through email and phone calls,
working with Sales and Reltionship Managers in order to communicate issues as well as potential possibllity for business development/innovations on both sides.
ensuring that company's process is compatible with client's processes and needs, as well as driving discussions on possible solutions/ changes regarding those
verifying if all the information is accurate and up to date in the systems
preparing reports in excel
providing trainings for new colleagues
