• Design, monitoring, translation of documents
• Monitoring the status and implementation of the tasks set by the Directors
• Tracking of incoming /outgoing documents
• Coordination of the Department with other departments of the Company
• Hotel booking, accommodation, airplane tickets and all support for business trips of the Directors, employees and guests of the Company
• Mediating disputes between employees and handling employee complaints or concerns
• Assisting the department director as needed with all projects and duties
• Offering assistance to other managerial staff within the company
• Acting as a department or company representative to other departments, business partners, stakeholders, and the public
• Full elaboration & design of the corporate magazine Efes Moldova
