Service Engineer & Technical Specialist
04-2014 - 11-2018 Personal services • Install new equipment, provide technical support for upgrades and other special service programs to support field service activities for Nihon Kohden’s products.
• Provide “Technical Training” to the end-user in the hospitals on Nihon Kohden medical equipment’s.
• Schedule and perform routine periodic preventive maintenance on medical equipment at customer location in accordance with service contract and company procedures and standards.
• Evaluate, diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment in response to service calls.
• Be “on-call” outside of normal working hours to provide emergency service and Technical Issues with the customer.
• Support the Sales Team by demonstrating our products to potential customers.
• Represent our company at trade shows and exhibitions
