Conception and Implementation of a Web GIS (Geographic Information System) with data visualization.
01-2016 - 07-2016 Our work consisted in the first phase of conceving a web GIS based on geographic data and finding a solution to add multi-layer information on the map using a tiles system. In the second phase, we applied the solution to a real study case which is Algiers International book fair (SILA). We related then the fair's data to the map and developped several visualizations (treemap, dependancy wheel, timeline and transitions) to help the user navigating and consulting information easily. Finally, we integrated a pathfinding solution to locate information (books, authors, categories...) and guide the user.
