Responsible for Gross Margin and Revenue for the group of accounts in the Vertical and Region Identify the Internal and external stake holders and communications channel
Mitigate Risks due to non-compliance of SLA norms for the Vertical and Region
Escalate non-compliance to management & work out plans for closure and mitigation Actively involved in Auditing and make sure 100% compliance.
Perform technical vendor management related to project, closely co-coordinating with the customers and other vendors.
Manage cross-functional and service line teams to drive, track and deliver projects and BAU operations.
