My career at BB&T began with desktop support. I transitioned to primary support responsibilities for the enterprise wide NetWare and Microsoft server platforms. I spent five years supporting the bank's web environment, where I was team leader over the corporate intranet and designed the web architecture for the corporate website. I have worked as an IT Capacity Planner for the last 10 years.

My responsibility is to ensure that the Windows, Linux and Unix systems have adequate capacity to support their expected workloads. I have constructed custom dashboards that generate updated monthly forecasts for CPU and memory metrics for 3000+ servers. I have created SAS code that uses stastical exception processing to identify performance anomalies among the servers. I have applied regression modeling techniques to estimate the effects of a large scale migration of external clients from a legacy web platform to a new multiple component web-based application infrastructure. I have a solid understanding of SAS Base Programming, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Forecast Server and SAS BI Dashboard.

I developed the architectural design for the new version of the corporate website (for that time). I gathered the various business and functional requirements from the application and content management teams.
