I have worked as a chef, assistant cook or grill. I have four years of experience as grill and fish chef in Brazil and 2.5 years in Italy with pastas, sauces and risottos (Piedmont) and (Salento). In Spain, I have worked with grill, pasta, rice and sandwiches (sandwiches). I know the cycles of food production, Training in administration, sales of food and beverages, food safety and food handling HACCP (REC, HACCP) I have a lot of experience with kitchens, but unfortunately, I speak and write English precariously.
