04-2012 - NowMarketingAs Global Product Marketing Manager for Smart Connectivity Division (SCD), directly reporting to SCD Director (also TCL Senior Vice President), I am the marketing responsible for two product lines including mobile broadband (Alcatel branded) and smart home (TCL branded) devices. From ideation to market launch, I manage product lifecycle and I develop all marketing materials to ensure a crystal clear comprehension and communication of products specs, performances, plus and benefits of our products. Following company processes and guidelines for the two different brands, I coordinate external graphic agencies, video markers and suppliers, working on internal and external promotional tools such as: product video, animations and tutorials; POSM, marketing presentations and international fairs. In close contact with Regional Marketing teams, Key Accounts and Regional Sales Directors, I train people and meet with international customers presenting new product portfolio and strategy.

01-2011 - 03-2012 MarketingWorking in close relation with the Italian Marketing Manager and Italian Sales Director, and with the support of external graphic agencies, I mainly focused on the creation of ad hoc POS materials supporting commercial launch of Alcatel branded products on the Italian market.
