► Business Intelligence (BI) tool implementation:
- Developing and scaling the Business Analytics team within the company post acquisition.
- Centralization of data and make it available and reliable at any given moment for Board’s members and Financial Controllers.
- Automation of main KPI’s calculation in order to raise automatic alerts if necessary; providing daily/weekly/monthly insights.
- Forecasting regarding revenues by product lines and margins.
- Modeling of new income streams: financial modeling to encourage Publishers to control the traffic they are sending. Financial billing model that take into account main industry’s KPIs such as STR (Sell Through Rate) and Publisher's revenue.
- Setting-up “best practice” and methodology regarding analytics through the different Business Units.
- Working closely with Comcast CFO, BU’s leaders & financial controllers.
► Margins calculation and optimization:
- Margins calculation and tracking, on our several products (Sticky Exclusive Buyers, Private Exchange, Ad-Served).
- Margins optimization by product lines and clients.
- Direct report to CEO/CFO and all Board of Directors’ members.
► Management:
- Management of two people; plus two consultants on a daily basis.
