End-of-studies project internship
02-2017 - 06-2017 Energy / Materials / Mechanics The work of this end-of-study project was carried out within the company Valeo Enfidha, for 5 months (from February until June 2017). The work was divided into four main lines:
- Capacitive study: A technico-economic study was carried out to determine the number of molds, the number of impressions of each mold and each mold was assigned to the injection machine from the volumes to be produced for each product.
- Rheological study: A simulation of the injection process was developed with MOLDFLOW software to predict possible aspect defects and to improve the design.
- Elaboration of the specifications of the various parts.
- Design of a mold: A mold of a product was designed and the best technological solutions were used for this mold.
