09-2012 - 09-2014 Sales Post Bank Uganda Limited is 100% owned by Ugandan Government with branches allover the country. My roles were;
Appraising loan customers to determine their credit worthiness, disbursing loans to qualified customers upon approval by loan committee, recovering loans from customers, filing security and loan documents, marketing bank products and services to the mass market and issuing IT support to the branch when called upon.
We managed to grow the loan portfolio to double the previous volume hence increasing the company revenue.
