Main results:
▪ I defined with an international team a standard expandable machine for the
electronic boards test. This solution increased the time to market of the products
reducing development time (-50%) and costs (-30%), currently 20 machines are
used within Europe, 15 in Mexico and 10 in China.

production. I collaborated with other company functions on the TQM implementation and on
the complete re-layout of the production floor (moved 4 assembly lines plus all the back-end
area without negative impact on the daily delivery).
