‘Bridging The Gap’ 08-2013 - 05-2014
Bridging the Gap’, a transition programme for P7 pupils involved working co-operatively as part of a team and helped me in improving my organisation and leadership skills. It also helped me in improving my listening and problem-solving skills. It taught to remain calm in challenging situations as well as to be empathetic with people and approach them with warmth. I have always enjoyed participating in events that are involved in meeting and communicating with new faces as this has allowed me to build up my confidence and leadership qualities greatly.
