• Compiled a database based on outlining 300+ procured assets by competing manufacturers,
resulting in creating leverage in contract negotiation with 24 suppliers
• Built a category metrics model based on input from the category teams to monitor performance
to the category strategy. Streamlined KPI management and metrics reporting to the stakeholders
• Assessed supplier technical capabilities through investigative research and market analysis
with public record information sources and proprietary data
• Assisted to build executive summaries of vendor performance. The briefs were used by
senior leadership to maintain and develop partnership program with the strategic suppliers
• Maintained clear documentation and audit trail of procurement activities
